It's all in the name or at least it should be?

It is usually a good tell tale sign that something isn't great for you when things get hidden away in a name or a title. Foods such as bread, cereals, mayonnaise, peanut butter, tomato sauce, pasta sauces and all those microwave instant heat and eat meals appealing to the majority of us time poor humans.

One of sugar's major drawbacks is that it causes insulin to be introduced to the system, which stops the production of growth hormone immediately, which in turn causes the body’s immunity system to be stifled. Not ideal if you are looking to remove restrictions from your life, especially excess body fat storage, and strive for optimal health.

In general, excess consumption of sugar can produce undesirable changes in risks associated with heart disease, cholesterol and insulin levels.
